pyNMS is a set of Python modules for network
management, network testing, systems management,
and general use. It contains a nearly complete
implementation of SNMPv2c, a SMI/MIB package, and
a MIB "compiler". There are many others, such as a
telnet/console access class, XML tools, an IPv4
class, etc. There is, unfortunately, little
documentation, and not everything works properly
yet, but they work well enough to be useful for
many things.

The Internet Document And Report Server (IDRS) is a full Web development platform. All pages are built using an XML like dialect called the Reporting Markup Language (RML), can be generated using data from any JDBC complient database, and mostly require no programming logic. For reports that do require programming logic, RML pages can also use external Java classes and embedded JPython and BeanShell scripts for a higher level of control. Features of the IDRS include user-based security, data connection pooling for use by both the central IDRS system and by individual reports, and multiple databases to be used for each report and JSP.

WebBot is a Web development toolset which is designed to sit nicely on top of your existing infrastructure. It is built with a collection of Open Source tools which together enable building Python Web applications the same way native ones are built and running these applications on top of the leading Python frameworks (such as Django and Google's App Engine). As a result, the WebBot framework encourages reuse, concise code, rapid development, and happy developers.

Zyan Communication Framework simplifies development of distributed applications. It works on Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and Android platforms via .NET or Mono runtimes. It features LINQ support for three-tier applications, full duplex TCP support, traffic, compression, and encryption, transparent support for events and EBC (event-based components), and Windows and LDAP authentication support.

Uliweb is a full-stacked Python Web framework. Its three main design goals are reusability, configurability, and replaceability. All the functionalities revolve around these goals. It features ORM, Templates, Views, i18n, etc., and provides commandline tools to improve development efficiency.

Django is a high-level Python Web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. TurnKey Django is an appliance that just works, with no configuration required. It gets you up and running with Django in minutes on a virtual machine, bare metal or in the cloud. It's designed to be easy to use and easy to maintain. Security patches are automatically installed. It provides a Web management interface, configuration console, and AJAX Web shell. To minimize footprint, the appliance is built from the ground up with the minimum required components. It runs everywhere thanks to multiple build formats, including an installable live CD, a VMDK with OVF support and an Amazon EC2 AMI. It's a part of the TurnKey Linux Virtual Appliance Library.

By leveraging open source frameworks and libraries, Jahia offers a complete Java solution for developing, integrating, delivering, and managing content across intranets, extranets, and the Internet.

DEPUI is a portable graphic user interface library written in C. Its focus is on small size, efficiency and portability. It works for a variety of platforms and compilers.

Dashboard is a rapid application development framework. It's designed to make writing PHP faster and more secure by removing the repetitive parts of programming from the development cycle. It's suitable for many Web applications, but it is specifically designed for making Web sites that need some custom development for interaction with a database.

SACphp is a fully-featured, modular, multilingual, and scalable framework/Weblog/CMS. It's focused on speed and security. Many blocks could be integrated from kernel or third parties. It has modules such news, real integrated search engine forums, stats, links, downloads, articles, fortune, polls, ephemerides, events, guestbook, etc. It also has extensible group and user permissions, and a flexible look and feel through templates and CSS. It can export several kinds of data in XML format. The installation and administration is Web-based, but this is switchable via PHP-GTK.

Boscli is a framework to create interactive command line interfaces. It is meant to help developers write interactive shells for domain specific tasks. It provides an easy way to wrap and join together command line apps and utilities and create specific shells with security levels and modes, history, auto-completion, and so on. Using this framework any developer can build an interactive command line interface for configuration or monitor an appliance in a few minutes. Boscli can be used as a "glue code" for an appliance's interface or to create a "homogeneous" administration interface for different systems and applications.
