HyenaeFE is a QT based frontend for the Hyenae advanced network packet generator.

Simple Fuzzer is a very simple fuzzer. It is reminiscent of easy-fuzz from 2004, written by priest of the priestmasters. His layout for building a fuzzy test was a "script" file with a preamble, setting some basic state and variables followed by the "meat and potatoes" tests. This approach was borrowed for Simple Fuzzer.

cs-ircd is an IRCd based off of bahamut 1.4.35
that includes IPv6 and SSL support.

TSDL was written for the turn-based strategy game "Turious", but is a stand alone library. It provides a number of useful widgets and event handling functions. Its widgets include container, label, button, text, numbox, checkbox, and console. All of the widgets can be given individual background images and custom text. Containers and widgets can be shown and hidden individually, and will retain their visibility state. The library uses OpenGL for rendering, allowing it to be used in 3D games as well as 2D.

biosdevname in its simplest form takes a kernel
device name as an argument, and returns the
BIOS-given name it "should" be. This is necessary
on systems where the BIOS name for a given device
(e.g. the label on the chassis is "Gb1") doesn't
map directly and obviously to the kernel name
(e.g. eth0).

pyXLWriter is a Python library for generating
Excel spreadsheets. It's a port of John
McNamara's Spreadsheet::WriteExcel Perl module. It
allows the developer to write Excel spreadsheets
without the need for COM objects.

The Packet Debugger (pdb) allows users to work
with packet streams as if
they were working with a source code debugger.
Users can list, inspect,
modify, and retransmit any packet from captured
files, as well as work
with live packet captures.

Secure Remote Password (SRP) is a password-based authentication and key exchange mechanism where no information about the password is leaked during the authentication process. It does not require any public key cryptography, yet even if one were to eavesdrop on the authentication process, no information which would aid in guessing the password can be obtained (in theory). There are some reworked Telnet and FTP clients and servers available already.

HTMLProc is a HTML preprocessor. It allows you to
include files into files, select files using a
global path or by name, and deal with files
regardless of location, and it adds the width and
height values for each picture.

LAPLib (Linear Algebra Performance Library) is an
object-oriented software library which provides an
elegant interface to access the optimized
performance of these old-style libraries. LAPLib
transparently handles all low-level details
concerned with invocation of BLAS and LAPACK
functions. Using LAPLib, developers can write
expressions in a C++ object-oriented fashion and
greatly reduce the complexity associated with
using BLAS and LAPACK routines while maintaining
excellent performance.

WAG Applications is a collection of Web
applications that are capable of being hosted by
the Web Application Gateway. WAG provides core
functionality such as user definition,
authentication, and administration, for all hosted
Web applications.

sord is a C++ library that wraps around the
operating system API for reading directories.
It is cross-platform and thread-safe.

x10mp3 is a plugin for XMMS to control it using X10's Mp3Remote, which comes with Mp3Anywhere, Mp3Anywhere 2000, or DVDAnywhere. It has all the functionality of X10's BOOM2000 software for Windows, plus other handy features like muting, skipping around inside tracks, and balance control.
