RoboCup Soccer Simulator専用のビューワプログラムです．
単体で，モニタクライアント，ログプレイヤ，デバッグサーバの機能を持ちます．
LinuxおよびMacOSXでのコンパイル及び実行には，以下のライブラリを要求します．

-boost-1.32.0以降
-librcsc-1.4.x
