RoboCup tools

librcscを使用したエージェントのサンプルです．
配布パッケージの状態で，ある程度チームとして動くようになっています．
そのまま動かすだけでもかなり強いです．

コンパイル／実行にはlibrcsc-1.4.xが必要です．
