I think we should rather install to App Data than C:\. The following should do this: https://github.com/TorrSamaho/zandronum-installer/commit/19dbf01ec6c90e91653801633df946c1f8b04b51

The 3.1 installer uses https://github.com/TorrSamaho/zandronum-installer/commit/19dbf01ec6c90e91653801633df946c1f8b04b51 and seems to work fine.
