Major feature enhancements
A bug in which double quotes were not properly escaped was fixed. vlorb will now autodetect if an audio CD is single-artist or multi-artist. The singleartist option from the configuration file was removed. show_progress mode (the -p option) was added, and shows oggenc encoding progress. It is off by default, since it's pretty ugly. Better error checking/messages were written. The -m and -M options were added for specifying filemask and dirmask on the commandline. Artist/tracktitle/disctitle/etc. detection was improved.
