shva is a Web-start graphical editor to hear,
view, and annotate speech. It is designed to
access speech databases over the Web. It opens
from the browser when the user clicks on a link to
an utterance. It then runs as a separate GUI
application. Edited annotations are saved back to
the database. It is currently deployed for the
FreeCLAS seed database.
