This release has added man pages for the utilities, enhanced the Image-Edge-Enhancement setting to allow multiple settings based on match rules (since anti-aliased maps look best processed at the highest level, but images don't), added the Auth-Info option file setting so you can choose to include Web authorization information (if you feel comfortable with that), and some more library interface polishing, and fixed a few bugs.

The library has received a major upgrade in its interfaces so that it is more consistent in its naming, uses accessors for structure values (to make future binary compatibility possible), and only requires the inclusion of a single .h file in your source (out of the 2 installed).
