Q-Synth is a library for interfacing with
real-time software synthesizers (especially James
McCartney's SuperCollider) in the Q programming
language, using CNMAT's OSC protocol. Sample Q
scripts and a Tk GUI for interfacing to
SuperCollider are included.

The basic interfaces to OSC and SuperCollider have been implemented and are fully functional. More fancy GUI programs and interfaces to other sound synthesis software such as Csound and Pd will likely be added in the future. As of this writing, the software has only been tested on Linux using Stefan Kersten's Linux port of SuperCollider.
