프로젝트 설명

PPPstat is designed to provide statistics on
dial-up Internet connections. It uses the system
logs of the pppd daemon. It can store information
about connections in a separate file. After
getting information about Internet connections
from the logs, PPPstat can group the information
by the user who started pppd, by the ISP, or by
time period. It can also count the costs of the
connections.

autotools was employed. The installation now corresponds to GNU requirements. The output was changed completely and is hopefully more convenient. The location of file in which syslog stores its messages is now taken from its config file. A cron script (/etc/cron.weekly/pppstat) was added to keep /var/log/pppd.log up to date, independently of program usage. Ukrainian and Russian translations were included.
