Users may edit comments they have already posted
if there are no replies. Most of the admin pages
have been redone. The RDF_HTML feed may be edited
through the admin page. Non-RDF navboxes can be
added through the admin page. Categories can be
deleted. Borders can be added to stories,
comments, or navboxes. Links to allow admins to
edit stories or comments if they are logged in
have been added, and several minor bug fixes and
features have been added.
