Minor feature enhancements
This version relocates the configuration to ~/.config/mdh
(or $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/mdh). It adds tooltips for the
main toolbar panels, an on-top toggle, and multiple
network panels (breaking existing configuration). Custom
buttons will display an error if an empty command is
used, and there are also other fixes.
