Major feature enhancements
This release allows you to convert custom
scenarios with their own tactical icons
(TACICONS.SHP) and to use the '--defpal' option to
fix palette bugs. It also provides weather for the
different PG scenarios and uses a new compact
format which speeds up loading time.
