Major feature enhancements
Certificates can now be created from PKCS10 and
Netscape requests. Reference documentation is now
available in PDF and Windows Help formats. The
corresponding 0.4 sample application includes a
complete JSP example of IE/Netscape/Mozilla and
manual certificate enrollment.
