Minor feature enhancements
The most important changes are the two sample stylesheets included, cache control, text formatting, and tags. Administration is also being improved step by step, but it is not finished yet (e.g. automatic database creation is still missing, and pages are not always intuitive). As a result, this release may still be a bit awkward to administrate, but it should be decent already from a visitor's point of view.
