Major feature enhancements
Problems with EXECUTE PROCEDURE and date/time handling have been fixed, as well as some minor bugs. Interfaces have been added to EVENTS (still experimental) and isc_database_info. Date/time values can be retrieved and stored as a localtime() style array. This release fixes the build with newer DBI/Perl versions and compiles again with IB5. There are lots of cleanups and speedups.

Minor bugfixes
The 'isolation_level' attribute in set_tx_param now works with an array as value and disconnect() no longer fails after a failed do() or prepare() in AutoCommit mode.
