Actim

This release includes a comletely new set of graphical user interfaces.

Running actimd as root disallowed. Support for [SECURITY] section in actimd config file added. Added tweaks, serviceTimeLimit, startTime and endTime to control the period of acceptance for actim mail request. Added strict permission checking on actimdrc and actimrc files, syslog suppport so that command-line and file transfer events are logged to /var/log/messages, allowExecution tweak to (en/dis)able command-line execution, allowFileSend tweak to (en/dis)able actimd accepting files, allowFileReceive tweak to (en/dis)able actimd retrieving files, and restrictedCommand tweak to allow rcmdl_xxxx option.

The code was significantly restructured, which improves speed and efficiency,
and reduces the number of threads used. A new server command, POLL EMAIL CHECK,
was added. Six more autotests were implemented. A lot of code was reorganised
to avoid cyclic dependency. XML output support was added. The continuation on
error feature was fixed to prevent it from sending a non-existent file. A
Python error was fixed to prevent the retrieval of a non-existent file. The
ParseResult module, which provides a function for parsing XML output from a
client, was added. The documentation was updated.

Minor enhancements on user interface such as checking on all the configuration options, and other fixes and support for Windows. Make sure the correct Python version is installed before the application is launched.
