In currently web publisher, HTML Preview is only
display underly Publish Folder files.

Next version, user is possible to addition a preview
location anymore, e.g, your localhost
http://localhost/webproject ... that mappings
platform's source file.

[workspace root]/web_project/ht_sources/foo/bar.html

each link with:

http://localhot/foo/bar.html
http://www.baz.com/foo/bar.html

and optional command function; user can see directly
display current editiong html source in HTML Preview.
