Cygwin has split their setup.exe into two versions; the first is the traditional 32-bit version, but now there's a 64-bit installer that by default installs to C:\cygwin64. It would be nice if Cyglaunch would support it - currently it says that cygwin couldn't be found.

cyglaunch supports cygwin64. Plese use latest version.

And to use with cygwin 64bit version, recompile cygterm/cyglaunch and change the setting of path to Cygwin in cygterm.cfg.
