iso-2022 系、Shift_JIS で roff 想定のバックスペース数
補正を行っているが、

(1) 外字処理に落ちた場合
(2) fold された場合

に補正が狂うため不正な結果になる。但し、man で使うこと
を想定しているため、当面問題にはならないはず。この機能
をカットすることを含めて再検討。
