ダイアログ上のスピナーで、cm,mm,pt,inch の単位での設定を
可能としました。
各スピナーは、線幅やフォントサイズ設定用にはpt、それ以外の
サイズ設定用にはcmをデフォルトの単位として持たせていますが、
デフォルト以外の単位で設定された場合でも、自動的にデフォルト
単位の値に変換して設定を行うように改良しました。
