QR code decoding procedure (2012-03-25 06:57 by QRcode decode #62904)

I like to understand the decoding procedure . I read the ISO specification for QR code , but I find it difficult to understand .
I am a beginner to programming field . So , I have to read the steps before implementation .Is there any source except ISO specification to understand the decoding steps. Thanks a lot..
