このライブラリを使って開発をしてみたいのですが、
ＡＰＩドキュメント、またはメソッドなどの使い方に関する文書を探してみたのですが、なかなか見つかりません。
どこをみるとまず使い始められるでしょうか。

本ライブラリのメイン開発者のyanbeと申します。

現状、APIドキュメント等は全く不整備な状態です。ご不便をおかけしてすみません。

ただ、とりあえず使ってみるための例としては、このプロジェクトでリリースしているqrcodeExampleパッケージ内のQRCodeDecoderSampleCUIおよびQRCodeDecoderSampleCUIが参考になると思います。

ソース中のコメントや、書かれたようにexampleのなかのソースを参考にしてみたいと思います。
