Generally, our publications 'work' in metropolitan areas in the U.S. and Canada with populations of 500,000 or more. To qualify, you don't need publishing or sales experience. You will work from your own home without close supervision (though support of course is available). The opportunity provides you 'control' of your life, and a degree of status and connection to the community. It is helpful if you know/are familiar with the commericial/industrial/institutional construction sector, but this is not a requirement or fundamental qualification for the opportunity. You won't need to work evenings or weekends very often, but will need to be available during daytime business hours, so this opportunity is not for you if you have another daytime full-time job. You should have your own car. This is sales work. While many great potential salespeople have never considered a sales opportunity, the fact remains that many people working in sales occupations shouldn't be selling as a career, and others who are not currently salespeople would make great sales representatives.
