”Player > 設定 > コメント表示 > 表示する通常コメント” the number here is not related to "comments per minute", If I have a xml file which contains 10000 comments, and each comment is one second after the previous one, like this:

 <packet>
 <chat vpos="100" mail="184" user_id="1">1</chat>
 <chat vpos="200" mail="184" user_id="2">2</chat>
 <chat vpos="300" mail="184" user_id="3">3</chat>
 ... 略 ...
 <chat vpos="99900" mail="184" user_id="999">999</chat>
 <chat vpos="100000" mail="184" user_id="1000">1000</chat>
 </packet>

If I set 表示する通常コメント to 100, I can only see 100 comments throughout the whole video
