 This is the link to the downloads, and it does not work!

when I try this one and click on the minGW setup download, nothing happens and I eventually get a 402 time out error!
I really wanted to go to the minGW website and download the install tool so I can update the compiler and the makefile 
utility...........

I am currently using C++ version 6.3.0 and I am wondering what the newest version is?  Also the download link is notworking, so do you have any idea when it will be back up?syd

If you mean MinGW, not MinGW64 (which is a separate project, not
supported by this mailing list), then the latest version of GCC is 9.2.0.

Which download link are you using?  The correct one is
