検索条件で@ '+hello +world'のようにAND条件を指定して
も、シーケンシャルスキャンの場合には、helloのみが含ま
れるデータもヒットしてしまう。

sen_query_scan関数のバグが原因。Sennaのリビジョン735で修正
された。
