パレットを利用してモードをかえようとした時の挙動がいつ
のまにか変になっている。ついでに、モードを変更した時に
ポップアップメニューの選択もモードの変更に追従すべき。

一応「かな」モードと「カナ」モードの扱いはFIX。残りはメ
ニューのモードへの追従。
