There are two *cheap* scripts, howm2 and howmkara, in ext/ directory in howm-*.tar.gz. You can convert your ~/howm/ into HTML by "howm2 ~/howm/ ~/converted/" or "howmkara ~/howm/ ~/converted/". (I'm sorry for Japanese comments in them.)
