A new Settlers increment was added: you can now construct several new buildings and manage new production chains. New soundtracks and unit graphics were included. The project is now completely compatible with DFSG guidelines. The fisher concept was reworked. The tutorial is now available in five languages. There were many smaller fixes, improvements, and changes.

The biggest feature is the new multi-player mode. It allows you to have fun with players all around the globe.
The new tutorial is quite detailed and covers the most important parts. It is especially aimed at new players, but players of the former UH versions will also find new information. Performance has been increased by 50-100% for most players. The game now is completely translated into: German, French, Italian, Norwegian, and Estonian. Some other translations record good progress: Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish. There is a full translation of the tutorial in German.

This release has an all-new user interface, gettext-supported multi-language support, a new main music theme, a boatbuilder to build new ships for your fleet, some revamped in-game graphics (like new inhabitants), and some performance improvements for the build process. Previews are now shown much faster. There are many bugfixes. All drop-down widgets have been removed to ensure crash-free setting changing. Saving and loading of games is supported.
