TEG is clone of 'Plan Tactico y Estrategico de la Guerra', which is a clone of Risk, a networked multiplayer turn-based strategy game. TEG is not fully compliant with Risk; some rules are different. It has a server, a robot, a GNOME client, support for GGZ Gaming Zone, and IPv6.

displaying armies to place. The robot player's algorithms for attack, defense,
and talk were improved. The 'kick', 'view', and 'set common_mission' commands
were added to the server. A German translation was added. Many bugs in the

An ugly bug when a playerlost has been fixed. The
French translation has been updated. The options
armies, seed, and conq_world have been added to
the server, as well as a surrender action and a
transparent network socket. The server is launched
inside a terminal, Chatline has configurable

it is full. Some memory leaks have been fixed, and
there are more user-friendly messages.

The `exchange cards' window appears only when you have a valid exchange. Spanish translations and documentation have been updated. Nasty bugs in `show cards' and server and some bugs in the ggz support have been fixed. Any player can select the type of game. Support for `pactos' (deals or treats) has been started. The robot is executed from the full path, not from the path environment. The GUI has been improved a bit more.
