The main window is now resizable. The envelope-editor was improved. The minipiano widget was added. The MIDI handler was improved. The FLTK scheme "gleam" was added. Presets can now be imported and exported. Shortcuts can be quick-saved and quick-exported. Presets are selectable from the main window. A status message bar has been added.
