Various bugs were fixed. Fixes were made to xtrabackup, to replication, and to logging stats. Various code refactoring was done. Innodb patches from Percona were applied.

xtrabackup is in the tree. There is a transaction_reader utility (for scanning / debugging/ generating SQL from the trx log) included in tarballs. OpenStack can now run via Drizzle. There are various bugfixes.
