round the histogram data, and -t to output comma
separated values. I/O on Linux was improved.

This release changes the order of merging and prefix-stripping so that stripping all prefixes, e.g. with -p9, will be sorted as expected. A reference to freed memory after merging found with Valgrind (from 1.37) has been fixed.
