이 릴리스와 매개 변수 쿼리에 대해 (그 아래의 버전과 함께 비교하지 않는 버전) 컷오프 버전에 대한 지원을 추가합니다.
This release adds support for a cutoff version (a version that isn't compared, along with versions below it) and parameters for queries.
