bv_special is currently same as bc_extras, as any extra can be special. As I hope to make bv_extras more dynamically sized (to save memory on typical rulesets), bv_special could be renamed as bv_max_extras (static size). Check also paths and bases handling for potential merging with these two bitvectors.
