Currently meson.build contains DATASUBDIR value within itself. Meson based build should use the DATASUBDIR value given in fc_version.

Targeting to 3.2, as the change won't make it to S3_1 d3f, and after d3f there's no use for the feature (DATASUBDIR won't change again)
