This has been implemented. The final test is if the documentation gets automatically refreshed in a week.
There was still an issue, causing S3_1 documentation not to upload. Better luck next weekend?

Ticket details:
Apparently we don't have a ticket for this in either osdn or hrm. Weekly doxygen generation should be implemented, and should be easy on top of the other nightly stuff we've already set up.
