DTXManiaLog.txt に読取専用属性がついていると、本体アイコンをダブルクリックしても起動しない。当然、DTXManiaLog.txtにも記録が残らない。

rev121で修正。起動時にエラーダイアログを表示し、読取専用属性解除を促すようにした。
