The debug command 'g' is supposed to create a random good object, but no rings or amulets are generated. (It would be handy if it worked, because it could be used in checking #15992 Rings of Strength (+0) generated in black market. )

Ditto for 'v'. I think 'v' worked before so this may be a new bug.
