PTimeTracker is a small Qt-based program that helps you keep track of the time spent on projects. The time in minutes spent on the active project is displayed on the icon and title bar and therefore viewable even when the program is minimised. A detailed report is available on total hours worked on different projects. This report displays the amount of time spent on each of the projects per day.

TRIPP is a utility to rewrite incoming and
outgoing IP packets. Since it can rewrite both
headers and payload, it can be used to configure
the TCP/IP stack behavior in order to perform
various tasks mainly intended for network tests,
simulations, and development. It is configured via
a small rule-based language, which allows the user
to intercept packets, set arbitrary header values,
increment or decrement numeric header fields, set
an arbitrary payload, rewrite parts of the
payload, or fragment, delay, multiply, or drop packets.
It is totally user-level and doesn't require a
kernel module.

The p2pd package can be used to build scalable content distribution networks (CDNs) for interactive video-on-demand (VoD) streaming. It can be used as a server, a cache, and a client, and used to construct both traditional CDNs and P2P-based CDNs that make use of client resources to stream video files. The system is network aware, attempts to make efficient use of the available resources, and adapts to server failures.

The Net-Policy project allows system
administrators to configure and manage their
entire network at once. It is initially designed
to configure firewall and IPsec connections
across an entire network, but will eventually
include the ability to control and configure just
about anything. It uses a role and policy based
data-model concept so reconfiguring a device
usually just means assigning or removing a role
to/from it. Initially the software comes with a
completely configurable IPsec and IKE software
suite for Linux. Stop configuring your network
one device at a time!
