2006.8.19 (Ver 4.44)
- Bug fix: 'ttpmacro.exe' terminated after startup on Windows98/NT4.0.
- added the mutex object to ttermpro.exe, ttpmacro.exe, ttpmenu.exe, keycode.exe and cygterm.exe.
- upgraded TTSSH version supporting SSH2 to 2.32.
- Changed TeraTerm installer software to InnoSetup.
- updated HTML help document.
- upgraded CygTerm+ to 1.06_6.
* Limit a parameter length of both '-s' and '-t' option.
* Create mutex object for running check by installer.
* Add 'LOGIN_SHELL' entry which the shell is invoked as the login shell in cygterm LOGIN_SHELL: yes | no
* Add 'HOME_CHDIR' entry which home directory is changed in cygterm.cfg file.
