Latin-1文字のフォルダ名でエラー33026 (2022-05-19 23:14 by TA #89978)

command=a -hide "C:\£ÀÖ\100.7z" -scsUTF-8 -i@"C:/£ÀÖ\100.7zlist"
のように、英語OSにおいて、Latin-1の0xA0 - 0xFF の文字を含むフォルダー名で実行しようとすると、エラー33026が発生します。
システムロケールを、ドイツ語やフランス語にしても同じエラー。
7-zipは、Latin-1の文字コードには対応していないのでしょうか？

ちなみに、日本語OSにおいて、半角ｶﾅ(0xA1 - 0xDF)の文字では、エラー発生しません。
