download the 1.2 meg qrdecoder2.jar and double click it to run it if you have the java runtime environment installed

you can also decode image file types
"jpg","jpeg","gif","png" using
this input example...
file:C:\Users\gerald\Pictures\cqcode1689869400.png

You must use the word and colon file: in front of your image path on your computer or it won't decode the image.
