I use it to connect our library, but it show me that : cvs [init aborted]: cannot make directory /cvsroot/qrcode : Permission denied
. I use wincvs2.0.2.4

You can not use Wiki syntax

Although I don't know about wincvs, I usually access to CVS repository via eclipse 3.1 cvs plugin.

I suspect that wincvs is trying to "write" repository. Without ssh2 connection, CVS will be read only.
