このフォーラムで査読結果などの議論をしましょう。
文書管理で、翻訳結果を共有しましょうか。
CVSのほうは、よければ私の方で登録を行います。
訳文のno-fillsなHTML形式とsdoc形式を登録するようにしましょうか。
固まった段階で、リリースファイルに登録して、non-frillsなHTML形式の圧縮ファイルと、sdoc形式およびsdocからの生成HTML, LaTeX形式の圧縮ファイルを提供しましょう。

どうでしょうか。

文書管理ですが、章ごとにカテゴリを分けて登録しますか？

了解。
管理のほうは、やりましょう。
文書管理では、ファイル名(ch00.txt)のようにして
どんどん登録していいとおもいます。
カテゴリ分けするとすれば、訳文と、管理文書（管理方法の方針など）をわけましょう。

翻訳原稿を読みやすくするために、INDEX の入ったコメントタグを
削除してから英文をコメントアウトしたいと思うのですが、このタ
グは翻訳文の中に移動するのが良いのでしょうか。

ぼくの分担を決める前に、まず
いま誰がどこを訳しているのか全然わからないのですが、
とりあえずそういう情報も含めてweb pageを1枚おいておきませんか?
いまのままでは原文がどこにあるのかもわからないし。
それから http://www.faifzilla.org/translation.html
にも載せてもらうとか。
なお、訳したい部分にはとくに好みはありません。
どこもそれなりにおもしろそうなので。
