以下の調査．

detach 属性を無効にして，全ての thread を join()
で待つと core dump が発生しなくなった．
したがって，原因は clx::exit() にある可能性が大きい．

clx::exit() の中の原因調査と修正方針は保留．
※場合によっては，clx::exit() は提供関数から除外かも・・・

clx::exit() を除外．
今後，しばらく様子を見つつ再実装を考える．
