Cabos cannot start (different error) (2010-03-10 08:10 by kivanc_acar #49324)

When I want to start Cabos, I got an error such as this:

"The application cannot continue because a needed file cannot be installed. You don't have appropriate permission to install the file."

I reinstalled maybe more than 10 times but it's not working. Do you have any idea about what might be the problem?
