Card manager stalls on boot if card (2 tried, ornioco
silver and dlink dwp650) present in HP N5490 laptop. TI
PCI 1420 cardbus controller.
If booted without card to gui will crash if card
inserted.
Also: Broadcom 440 NIC driver missing and the Pause for
DHCP is excessive when no net is available.

Fast booting though. Nice.
